Curriculum & Course Overview

Goal The course aims to provide Instrument Procedures Non RNAV Designers, with knowledge, skills, and attitude to design different types of RNAV / RNP Approaches and ARR / DEP in accordance with ICAO Doc.8168 VII and ECAR PART 311 Learning Objectives • At the end of the course participants will be able to: • Apply RNAV / RNP Principle • Apply Turn Protection and Obstacle Assessment • Design SID &STAR RNAV Procedure • Design RNP APCH Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Apply RNAV NPA Principle • Module 2 : Apply Turn Protection and Obstacle Assessment. • Module 3 : Design SID &STAR RNAV Procedure • Module 4 : Design RNP PACH. Primary Target Population Instrument Procedures Non RNAV Designers Secondary Audience: ATC Pilots AIM Officers Entry Requirements • Having Initial PANS OPS Non RNAV and related OJT.
