Curriculum & Course Overview
Goal This course will provide CNS(Communication, Navigation and Surveillance) engineers with the neccessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to ensure that the procedures and process for CNS relevant facilities operations & maintenance are implemented satisfactorily and applicablely in order to accomplish the goal of safe and efficient operations and maintenance in accordance with corresponding standards and recommended practices. Learning Objectives • Manage a project for the CNS facilities installation • Perform the ground inspection on CNS facilities • Conduct the flight inspection on CNS facilities • Troubleshoot the CNS system failures Primary Target Population Technical engineers or technicians with more than 2 years experience in the field of CNS relevant departments Supervisors or managers in the field of CNS relevant departments Secondary Audience: Technical engineers or technicians with less than 2 years experience in the field of CNS relevant departments Entry level in the field of CNS relevant departments Entry Requirements • Agents or employees who are currently working for an airport and have completed secondary education • Good oral and written command of the language of instruction • More than two years vocational experiences on CNS engineering field
