Curriculum & Course Overview
Goal This course will provide Airport Developers with necessary competencies to ensure that airport development procedures are implemented efficiently in coordination with the airport operation and management, in accordance with airport development manuals and National Regulations. Learning Objectives • Predict required airport capacity & size in accordance with demand forecasting; • Draft an airport master plan reflecting the required capacity demand; • Manage the conceptual design of airport facilities (Aerodrome, Terminal, Other Facilities). Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Mastery Test • Module 2 : Mastery Test • Module 3 : Mastery Test Primary Target Population Airport Developers involved in airport infrastructure development Secondary Audience: Airport personnel supporting or engaged in airport development projects Entry Requirements • Minimum of three years of working experience in the field of airport or management. • Proficient in the English language • Secondary education degree
