Goal This course will provide airport development project managers with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to manage effectively and efficiently airport development projects aiming to continuous and sustainable airport operation in accordance with National regulations and guidelines addressing airport development and construction. Learning Objectives • Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to; • develop the project charter for the airport development project. • Estimate the project cost for the airport development. • Select the project contractor of the airport development. • Manage the project risk of the airport development. • Control the project quality of the airport development. • Manage the project schedule of the airport development.
