Curriculum & Course Overview

Goal The Course aims to provide ATSEPs with knowledge, skills and attitude to prepare them for the On-the-Job Training phase qualification for license and ratings in accordance with national ANSP Procedures Manual, Nig. CARs, 2015 and international standards. Learning Objectives • Given the knowledge, skills, attitudes and the required logging job aids, the ATSEP will be able to: • Identify Regulatory and Operational Requirements • Perform OJT proceedings • - Record the OJT observations in the Technical logbook • in accordance with national and international standards. Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Identify Regulatory and Operational Requirements • Module 2 : Perform OJT Proceedings • Module 3 : Record the OJT Observations in the Technical logbook in accordance with National and International Standards Primary Target Population ATSEPs that have completed the ATSEP Basic course and have attained the minimum qualification training in the CNS/ATM environment. Secondary Audience: ATSEPs On-the-Job Training Supervisors. Entry Requirements • ATSEP Basic and minimum ATSEP Qualification training Certificates.
