Curriculum & Course Overview

Goal This course aims to provide crew members with the competencies required to safely perform their duties in flight and on ground effectively and efficiently in accordance with ICAO Doc.9806 AN 763 and PSAA General Operation manual GOM -APR 2021. Learning Objectives • At the end of the course participants will be able to: • • Mitigate human factors. • • Develop situational awareness. • • Enhance effective communication. • • Promote leadership skills. • • Foster effective decision-making. • Manage stress at work. • Implement the threat and error management (TEM) model effectively. Primary Target Population Flight Crew Members Secondary Audience: Aviation Corporate Management Entry Requirements • • English Language level four is preferable. • • Basic Aviation Background.
