Curriculum & Course Overview

Goal Provide to new aviation professionals the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes allowing them to effectively execute their duties in English language as needed in accordance with ICAO language competency level 3. Learning Objectives • By the end of this course, participants should be able to: • Interpret aviation technical documents written in English; • Write texts in English or in the native language based on the reading of texts in English; • Translate texts from English to the native language or translate texts in the native language to English. Primary Target Population Aviation professionals working for civil aviation authorities who are not native speakers of English Language. Secondary Audience: Aviation professionals working in the aviation industry who are not native speakers of English Language. Entry Requirements • Pass an online English test offered by ANAC; • Computer skills.
