Goal This course aims to provide the up-and-coming aviation finance personnel with knowledge, skills, and attitudes to apply the finance and accounting concepts in accordance with the PSAA Finance Policies & Procedures Manual Rev.2, 2022 Learning Objectives • Upon completion of course, the participants will be able to: • Implement the financial accounting cycle. • Identify Airline financial statements. • Analyze firm’s financial performance by using Airline financial Ratios. • - Interpret the process and variances of budgeting. Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Financial Accounting Cycle • Module 2 : Airline Financial Statements • Module 3 : Airline Firm's Financial Performance • Module 4 : Interpret The Process and Variances Primary Target Population Up-and-coming aviation finance personnel. Secondary Audience: Flight operation, maintenance managers. Entry Requirements • One year experience in finance or accounting.
