Curriculum & Course Overview
Goal The workshop aims to train managers selected by each State to implement the three phases of Aviation Training and Capacity-Building Roadmap as per ICAO Doc 10184, Assembly Resolutions in force. Learning Objectives • After completion of the workshop, participants will be able to: • Identify the steps for implementing the “ICAO Aviation Training and Capacity-Building Roadmap for States” • Structure a plan to apply the “ICAO Aviation Training and Capacity-Building Roadmap” for your State, as part of their Implementation of Aviation Training and Capacity-Building Strategies. Primary Target Population Managers selected by States who are involved in human performance and resource planning with responsibilities for recruitment, training and professional development in CAAs and civil aviation stakeholders. Entry Requirements • Participants must be selected by States among managers involved in human performance, training and resource planning. • Participants must have at least 5 years of work experience. • Participants are expected to continue the work on the development and the implementation of the capacity-building roadmap in their State to support their CAA in this regard.
