Curriculum & Course Overview

Goal This course will provide Catering Security Guards with the necessary knowledge and skills required to effectively ensure catering security in accordance with Saudi National Security Program, Saudi Catering Security Manual and Security Equipment Manual. Learning Objectives • Upon course completion, trainees will be able to: • Perform Takeover/Handover Procedures • Apply Security Equipment Test • Apply Security Screening Procedures for Individuals • Apply Security Screening for Catering • - Ensure Security of the Catering Building • Ensure Secure Delivery of the Catering to Aircraft- Primary Target Population Primary: Catering Security Guards Secondary Audience: Secondary: Catering Security Supervisors Entry Requirements • Entry Requirements: • Trainee should have: • Secondary school or equivalent • Command of the language of instruction
