Curriculum & Course Overview
Goal This course will provide involved staff with competency capabilities to perform their duties in a safe and efficient way to maintain the safety operations and services in accordance with the rules and standards in force. Learning Objectives • After having successfully completed this course, the trainees will be able to: • Apply the correct terminologies and communication procedures; • Justify data and co-ordinate with relevant units • Manage rules and regulations for airside operations • Provide assistance to aircraft in abnormal situations Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Co-ordinate with relevant units • Module 2 : Manage and control the airside services • Module 3 : Manage rules and regulations for airside operations • Module 4 : Assist aircraft in abnormal situations Primary Target Population Airside Personnel from Civil Aviation Authorities, Airport Operators, Airlines Officers, as well as Government Representatives that responsible for the airside operations Secondary Audience: Management level in the Aviation industry Entry Requirements • Have a background in aviation or experience working related in airside. • Have fair English Language communication skills
