GoalThe course provides instructors with the fundamentals of instructional competencies to prepare them for effective deliveries of competency-based training in compliance with ICAO Doc 10097, Training Instructors Guide (TIG), 1st ed., 2021 and international best practices in civil aviation.Learning ObjectivesAfter having successfully completed this online course participants will be able to:Identify the essential elements required to prepare for a course delivery.Analyze instructor’s compliance with competency-based training principles.Identify the indicators and criteria used to evaluate the training effectiveness.This online course features 11 hours of interactive digital content.The course covers:1. Coordinating with the host organization2. Ensuring facilities and equipment are ready3. Developing a training strategy4. Conducting effective training sessions5. Assessing trainees' performance6. Evaluating courses7.
