Goal This course will provide Accountable Managers/ Post Holders for AOC Holders and AMOs with the competencies required to effectively oversee safe operations of flight and airworthiness operations in accordance with ICAO SARPS and GCAA Regulations Learning Objectives • Align national regulations to national requirements • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders • Develop action plan leading to long-term improvement Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Making Sense of Regulatory Requirements • Module 2 : Managing Regulatory Requirements • Module 3 : Focus on Organizational Improvement Primary Target Population Post Holders for Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and Aircraft Maintenance Organizations (AMO) Accountable Manager of Air Operator Certificate (AOC) Secondary Audience: Post Holders, Accountable Managers and Aircraft maintenance Staff Entry Requirements • Nominated personnel of Air Operator Certificate (AOC). • Advanced level of oral and written command of the language of instruction.
