Curriculum & Course Overview
Goal The course provides maintenance technical personnel with the competencies required to perform maintenance error management in accordance with Civil Aviation Human Factors Training Manual issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. Learning Objectives • After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to: • Analyze maintenance errors; • Conduct corrective actions for maintenance errors; • Perform positive maintenance error prevention strategies. Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Maintenance Error Event Management • Module 2 : Maintenance Error Prevention Primary Target Population Aircraft maintenance technical personnel, including maintenance engineers, technicians and mechanics. Secondary Audience: Maintenance management personnel; Planning and maintenance programme engineers; Instructors for Human Factors and related technical topics. Entry Requirements • Experience in aircraft maintenance field or at least 1 year experience in human factors training field; • Good oral and written command of the language of instruction.
