Goal 75-minute e-learning course Ground Service Providers (GSPs) are mandated to establish provisions for safe ground operations, therefore all companies that are involved in ground handling must ensure safety risks are managed in a systematic way. Following this course, you will get basic understanding of Safety Management Systems (SMS) relevant to ground operations. This course is aligned with the requirements of AHM Chapter 11, module HF01.
