Curriculum & Course Overview

Goal This course will equip Inspectors with the competencies to oversee the implementation of ICAO language proficiency requirements and associated processes in accordance with ICAO Annex 1 (Personnel Licensing). Learning Objectives • After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to: • Identify provisions associated with oversight of implementation of ICAO language proficiency requirements. • Apply oversight guidelines and principles in the area of implementation of ICAO language proficiency requirements Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Regulatory Framework and Oversight • Module 2 : Oversight of Implementation of ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements Primary Target Population Relevant personnel from; Civil Aviation Authorities (Licensing Authorities) Training organizations Test designers and developers. Secondary Audience: Relevant personnel from: Aircraft operators including Airline (e.g. airline HR Managers) Aviation-Related Universities Air Navigation Service Providers (e.g. ATC training managers) Entry Requirements N/A
