Ryanair Future Flyer Academy (Integrated ATPL + B737 APS MCC)

Curriculum & Course Overview

Course Goal & Overview Official Ryanair Future Flyer Academy integrated airline pilot programme. Designed to train student pilots with zero previous experience to the right seat of a Ryanair Boeing 737-800 / Boeing 737 MAX. Successful cadets undergo direct fast-track assessment for Boeing 737 First Officer position with Europe's largest airline group. Flight Hours & Phase Breakdown • Total Ground School Theory: 880 hours of classroom ATPL theory over 9 months covering all 13 EASA subjects. • Total Practical Flight Time: 230 hours of structured flight time over 12 months. • Stage 1 (Foundation): 85 hours Visual Flight Rules (VFR) & solo cross-country navigation on single-engine aircraft. • Stage 2 (Advanced Single Engine): 40 hours Night VFR (NVFR) & complex navigation maneuvers. • Stage 3 (Instrument Rating): 40 hours Multi-Engine Instrument Flight Rules (MEP/IR) with PBN/GNSS approaches. • Stage 4 (Advanced UPRT): 3 hours aerobatic Advanced Upset Prevention & Recovery Training on Cap 10 aircraft. • Stage 5 & 6 (Airline Jet Transition): 40 hours Airline Pilot Standard Multi-Crew Cooperation (APS MCC) on Boeing 737-800 Fixed Base & Full Flight Simulator (FFS Level D). Entry Requirements & Prerequisites • Minimum 18 years of age at the start of training. • Valid EASA Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate. • ICAO English Language Proficiency (Minimum Level 4). • High School Diploma with mathematics and physics background. • Successful completion of Bartolini Air & Ryanair 3-phase pre-entry assessment (cognitive, math, simulator aptitude). Official Qualification & Award • Frozen EASA ATPL(A) Licence with CPL / MEP / IR / PBN endorsements. • Advanced UPRT Certificate (FCL.745.A). • Ryanair B737 APS MCC Certificate of Completion and Direct Airline Type Rating Assessment Slot.
