Goal This course will provide PRM service agents with the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to provide service to passengers with disabilities on air transport in accordance with the order N 24 of Ministry of Transport of Russian Federation dated 15 February 2016 “Rules on servicing passengers with disabilities in airports and on board of aircraft” Learning Objectives • After successful completion of the course, the participants will be able to: • Maintain personal readiness to serve PRM. • Maintain organisational readiness to serve PRM. • Perform procedures on servicing passengers with reduced mobility in airport. Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Персональные аспекты подготовки агентов по сопровождению пассажиров с ограниченной подвижностью • Module 2 : Организационные аспекты подготовки агентов по сопровождению пассажиров с ограниченной подвижностью • Module 3 : Процедуры сопровождения пассажиров с ограниченной подвижностью Primary Target Population PRM service agents Secondary Audience: Operational instructors on passenger service Entry Requirements • Participants shall comply with the requirements for PRM service agents. Fluent in spoken and written Russian
