Goal To enable participants to set up and manage an effective mentoring program for the Civil Aviation Sector Learning Objectives • By the end of the two-day programme, participants will be able to • Describe the rationale and context of Fly with mentoring • Describe the main factors of success to set up the mentoring programme • Manage an effective workplace mentoring programme • Define the essential building blocks that underpin workplace mentoring programmes • Apply the key skills required to be effective Mentors and Mentees • Create an action plan to support effective workplace mentoring programmes Primary Target Population HR specialists in civil aviation Secondary Audience: Supervisors, Managers Entry Requirements • Participants in this programme should have understanding of managing corporate culture, human resources, managing human resources in the company, developing feedback skills, attraction and recruitment, personal development. 5 years + of experience in aviation or aerospace will be desirable. • Educational background in the areas of Human resources, MBA, ,Aviation Business administration, Safety Management, Airline Management, Aviation Safety, or Human Factors would be welcomed. • Professional level of English is required for this programme.
