Curriculum & Course Overview

Goal Provide to participants the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to effectively supervise and manage a team in the aviation work environment according to TTCAA Supervisors Manual Learning Objectives • By the end of the programme, participants will be able to:- • Recognize and characteristics of an effective supervisor • Identify the individual competencies of the personnel for effective delegation of tasks • Create an efficient, effective and motivated team • Implement  a leadership role  maximizing the performance and output of the team Primary Target Population Supervisors and potential supervisors in any aviation field Secondary Audience: First line managers and senior managers in any aviation field Entry Requirements • Persons with the responsibility or potential responsibility to supervise others in the aviation environment • Computer Skills • English Language Proficiency ICAO Level 4 or higher
