Curriculum & Course Overview
Goal To provide airport aviation security and facilitation staff with necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes required to handle with unruly/disruptive passengers incidents efficiently and effectively, in accordance with Aviation Security Manual Doc 8973 Restricted, Manual on the Legal Aspects of Unruly and Disruptive Passengers and Jordanian National Aviation Security Program. Learning Objectives • Identify level of threat during incident. • Apply procedures to manage the incident. • • Report on the incident. Structure • Module 0 : Introduction • Module 1 : Identify level of threat. • Module 2 : Apply procedures to manage the incident. • Module 3 : Report on the incident Primary Target Population Airport security and facilitation staff. Secondary Audience: Supervisory and mid-senior AVSEC and Facilitation staff. Entry Requirements • Proficient in spoken and written English • Three years of Aviation work experience in the field of AVSEC, FAL.
