Goal This course will provide Training Managers in Civil Aviation with necessary competencies to effectively conduct a cursory review by consistently identifying the essential components and elements of Competency-based Training and Assessment (CBTA) packages in accordance with the ICAO Doc 9941, ICAO Doc 8335 and TRAINAIR PLUS Operations Manual. Learning Objectives • After successful completion of the course, participants will be able to: • Check the general compliance of the formal application package • Check if the course materials equip with the essential elements of Competency-based Training and Assessment (CBTA) • Provide feedback on the cursory review.
